خلاصه موقعیت:

مدیر تدارکات مسئول هدایت ناوگان سرتاسری و عملیات لجستیکی در دبی خواهد بود. این نقش کارایی عملیاتی، آمادگی خودرو، تحویل به‌موقع، کنترل هزینه و تجربه فوق‌العاده تحویل مشتری را تضمین می‌کند.
این موقعیت مستلزم رهبری قوی، نظم عملیاتی، و قابلیت‌های تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر داده است.

مسئولیت‌های کلیدی:

رهبری ناوگان روزانه، ناوگان فنی و تدارکات، عملیات‌های تدارکات فنی و تدارکات انطباق قبل از تحویل.
بر فرآیندهای ارسال، تحویل، و تحویل مطابق با اهداف sla نظارت کنید.
در دسترس بودن ناوگان، نرخ استفاده و زمان تحویل را زیر نظر داشته باشید.
برنامه ریزی مسیر را بهینه کنید و هزینه های عملیاتی را کاهش دهید.
نظارت و ارزیابی رانندگان و ناظران تدارکاتی را انجام دهید. از نزدیک با تیم‌های فروش، رزرو و پشتیبانی مشتری.
پیاده‌سازی بهبودهای فرآیندی برای افزایش کارایی عملیاتی.
تهیه گزارش‌های عملکرد و داشبوردهای عملیاتی.

مدرک تحصیلی مورد نیاز:

لیسانس در بازرگانی، تدارکات، مدیریت عملیات یا زمینه‌های مرتبط.
حداقل سابقه عملیات /5 سال مدیریت.
تجربه در خودرو، کرایه خودرو، حمل و نقل، یا تدارکات تجارت الکترونیک یک مزیت قوی است.
مهارتهای رهبری قوی و مدیریت تیم.
سطح بالای مسئولیت پذیری و طرز فکر مالکیت.
تفکر تحلیلی و سبک مدیریت مبتنی بر kpi.
مسلط به انگلیسی.

Position Summary:

The Logistics Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end fleet and logistics operations in Dubai. This role ensures operational efficiency, vehicle readiness, on-time delivery, cost control, and outstanding customer handover experience.
This position requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily fleet and logistics operations in Dubai.
Ensure vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and technical compliance before delivery.
Oversee dispatch, delivery, and pickup processes aligned with SLA targets.
Monitor fleet availability, utilization rate, and turnaround time.
Optimize route planning and reduce operational costs.
Supervise and evaluate drivers and logistics supervisors.
Manage incident resolution (damage, delay, customer complaints).
Coordinate closely with Sales, Reservation, and Customer Support teams.
Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Prepare performance reports and operational dashboards.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Operations Management or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics / fleet / operations management.
Experience in automotive, car rental, transportation, or e-commerce logistics is a strong advantage.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
High level of accountability and ownership mindset.
Analytical thinking and KPI-driven management style.
Fluent in English.
