About the Role:
The Product Manager plays a key role in driving execution within the Insurance team. This role focuses on translating strategy into actionable plans, delivering roadmap items on time, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and ensuring high-quality product releases that create measurable impact.
You will work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business stakeholders to bring initiatives from discovery to launch, while continuously optimizing performance through data and user insights.
Responsibilities:
Roadmap Planning & Delivery
- Contribute to roadmap planning in alignment with business goals.
- Break down roadmap initiatives into clear, executable milestones.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of committed features.
Execution & Sprint Management
- Own backlog management, grooming, and prioritization.
- Write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) and user stories.
- Lead sprint ceremonies and ensure alignment with Scrum principles.
- Remove blockers and support the team in meeting sprint goals.
Product Discovery & Iteration
- Conduct structured discovery to validate assumptions and define solutions.
- Collaborate with design and research to refine user flows and experiences.
- Continuously improve features based on feedback and performance data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, design, compliance, and operations teams.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs transparently.
Data-Driven Optimization
- Define and track key performance metrics.
- Use data insights to prioritize improvements and measure impact.
- Run experiments and analyze results to inform product decisions.
Domain Understanding
- Build strong knowledge of insurance products, user needs, and regulatory considerations.
- Ensure product initiatives align with operational and compliance requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management.
- Proven ability to deliver product features end-to-end.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset in decision-making.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to manage backlog, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
