Responsibilities:
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reports on marketing performance, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports tracking key marketing KPIs.
- Write and maintain SQL queries and perform advanced data analysis using Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn) to support marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain automated workflows and analytical tools to improve reporting efficiency and scalability.
- Support A/B testing and CRO initiatives, defining success metrics, analyzing results, and providing recommendations.
- Monitor marketing KPIs, identifying trends, anomalies, risks, and opportunities to optimize campaigns and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Commercial, Finance) to align on goals, data requirements, and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation of marketing metrics and workflows.
- Manage multiple requests and priorities, assessing costs, benefits, and impact to focus on high-value initiatives.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to marketing leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities with attention to data accuracy, consistency, and documentation.
- Python expertise with hands-on experience in data analysis, cleaning, and exploration.
- Advanced SQL skills for complex queries and data manipulation.
- Strong familiarity with marketing fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and data storytelling skills for non-technical audiences.
- Experience building automated data workflows and analytical tools.
- Proficient in BI and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
- Practical knowledge of fundamental machine learning algorithms and statistics is preferred.
- Solid business acumen, translating analysis into measurable growth, revenue, and efficiency impact.
