- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with vendor Digital Marketing objectives.
- Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, quality standards, and cost parameters.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners (e.g., CEOs or owners of large companies), and key stakeholders to gather input, ensure alignment, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles.
- Data Analysis: Proficiently collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the operation's performance and projects, using insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews.
- Communication: Establish and maintain clear, accurate, and regular communication channels both internally and with external partners.
- Work together with the content team to manage the content calendar.
- Preparing and presenting regular performance reports to the Manager
- Providing new solutions and insights to solve problems.
- set up webinars, and different videos, and Ability to execute scenarios coherently.
- Design and implement different surveys related to vendor Digital Marketing
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field is a plus.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in project management, particularly in business development or operations.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Proficiency in data analysis and utilizing data-driven insights.
- Experience in communicating with external partners and high-level executives.
- Familiarity with industry-specific tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project and Trello) and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs)
- Familiarity with business development and operations strategies.
- Understanding of financial principles and budget management.
- Data analysis skills using tools like Excel or data visualization software. (Knowledge of SQL is a plus.
