We’re looking for a hands-on IT Support Engineer to join our team. If you’re great at solving problems, enjoy helping people with their tech issues, and want to grow your IT skills, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide first and second-level support to users (laptops, software, accounts).
- Fix issues with Windows OS, Office 365, and basic network problems.
- Handle user onboarding – setting up hardware, accounts, and access.
- Use a ticketing system (like Service Desk Plus) to track and resolve issues.
- Work independently and manage tasks responsibly.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Office 365, and networking basics.
- Experience using ticketing systems.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently.
- Fluent in English.
- IT certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft are a plus.
