As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, you are responsible for:
Responsibilities:
- Cooperating closely with hiring managers to recognize their needs.
- Following A to Z of the recruitment process from Hiring request, CV sourcing, and interviewing to offer reference-check, negotiation, and onboarding
- Conducting HR Interviews
- Monitoring Talent Acquisition KPI's and suggesting for improving funnel.
- Presenting weekly, and monthly reports of the hiring process.
Requirements:
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
