شرح موقعیت شغلی:
مدیر دیجیتال مارکتینگ ما قراره:
- استراتژی دیجیتال مارکتینگ و تبلیغات آنلاین فروشگاه رو با هدف جذب مشتری‌های جدید، افزایش فروش و ارتقاء شناخت برند طراحی و اجرا کنه
- روی سئو، گوگل ادز، تبلیغات شبکه‌های اجتماعی، ایمیل مارکتینگ و کمپین‌های فروش تمرکز داشته باشه
- با تیم طراحی و تولید محتوا همکاری کنه تا کمپین‌های خلاقانه و موثر بسازیم
- داده‌ها و نتایج کمپین‌ها رو تحلیل کنه و گزارش بده
- بازار و رقبا رو تحلیل کنه، فرصت‌ها و تهدیدها رو بشناسه و راهکار ارائه بده
- دیتای ایکامرس رو آنالیز کنه (تحلیل فانل فروش و ارائه راهکارهای بالا بردن نرخ کانورژن در هر قسمت فانل)
- تبلیغات دیجیتال‌مون رو مدیریت کنه (راه‌اندازی و اجرای بازاریابی دیجیتال از جمله تبلیغات آنلاین، یکتانت و گوگل ادز)
- با مارکتینگ اتومیشن آشنا باشه، جرنی‌های مارکتینگ اتومیشن رو تدوین و در پنل اجرا کنه
- برند ما رو در فضای دیجیتال رشد بده و لید (Lead) تولید کنه
- کمین ها رو تدوین و برنامه‌ریزی کنه (اکشن پلن، اجرا و مانیتور)
- باگ‌های فنی رو بررسی کنه و برای رفع باگ و توسعه محصول، سلوشن ارائه بده

شرایط و مهارت‌های مورد نیاز:
- تسلط کامل به به گوگل آنالیتیکس، گوگل ادز، تگ منیجر، ایمیل مارکتینگ، SMS مارکتینگ و پلتفرم‌های تبلیغاتی مانند یکتانت، لوکر استودیو، مارکتینگ اتومیشن (SEO، Google Ads، Google Analytics، Meta Ads)
- تجربه مدیریت کمپین‌های تبلیغاتی در اینستاگرام، گوگل، و سایر پلتفرم‌ها
- توانایی مدیریت تیم، بودجه‌بندی کمپین‌ها و تحلیل داده‌ها (رهبری و مدیریت تیم مارکتینگ در کنار تدوین استراتژی و بررسی گزارش‌های تیم های سئو، سوشال، محتوا، گرافیک، گوگل ادز و ساخت محصول)
- آشنایی با بازار کالای دیجیتال (موبایل، لپ‌تاپ، گجت‌ها) امتیاز محسوب میشه
- روحیه تیمی بالا، خلاق، مسئولیت‌پذیر و نتیجه‌محور

We are an energetic and creative team in the field of selling digital goods (mobile phones, laptops, gadgets and accessories) with more than 16 active branches. We are looking for a motivated and experienced digital marketing manager for our site to improve our strategy in the online space. Job description: Our digital marketing manager is supposed to: and improve brand recognition
- Focus on SEO, Google Ads, social media advertising, email marketing and sales campaigns
- Collaborate with the design and content production team to create creative and effective campaigns
- Analyze and report campaign data and results
- Analyze the market and competitors, identify opportunities and threats and provide solutions
- Analyze e-commerce data (funnel analysis) Selling and providing solutions to increase the conversion rate in each part of the funnel)
- Manage our digital advertising (starting and implementing digital marketing including online advertising, Onenet and Google Ads)
- Be familiar with marketing automation, compile and implement marketing automation journeys in the panel
- Grow our brand in the digital space and generate leads
- Develop and plan ambushes (action plan, implementation and Monitor) - check technical bugs and provide solutions to fix bugs and product development

Requirements and skills:
- Complete mastery of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Tag Manager, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing and advertising platforms such as Yektan, Locker Studio, Marketing Automation (SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads)
- Experience in managing advertising campaigns on Instagram, Google, and other platforms
- Team management ability, campaign budgeting and data analysis (leadership and management of the marketing team in addition to formulating strategies and reviewing SEO, social, content, graphics, Google Ads and product development team reports)
- Familiarity with the digital goods market (mobile, laptop, gadgets) is considered an advantage Friendly
