  1.        Second Level Problem Detection and Resolution (DevOps Activity)
o    Detect applications and monitoring problems, define action plan to solve them.
o    Perform application support for the related OSS, NMS, monitoring and applications. Provide Remote support to all FO team if required.
o    Work on site if required (in case FO team failed to solve the issue by remote support) and ensure to solve the problem within the agreed SLA.
o    Perform daily health check performance and analysis, report immediately in case of any ambiguity.
o    Check the utilization on applications in certain time periods automatically and then suggest recommendation for approval and execution.
o    Implement New Software/CDs whenever available/required.
o    Ensure 2nd line Trouble ticket management, fault diagnosis, remote fault resolution, management and control.
o    Monitor the system critical/Major alarms on a daily basis and perform activity to minimize the occurrence.
o    Prepare action plan to erase network problem for the occurred problems.
o    Implement quality check programs on the domain.
o    Check the quality of the network and prepare action plan in case of abnormal situation not detected by the Front Office, send the report of the investigation to network performance if needed, and request WO for execution.
 
       2.     Change, Edit, Maintenance monitoring Tools

o    Follow trouble ticket under vendor care until resolution.
o    Responsible for accurate and timely problem remedy OSS , Monitoring tools as required. Follow up on and drive remedial efforts, incl. Application support or maintenance where engaged, until the closure of Trouble Ticket.
o    Prepare weekly meetings for the application support or development to define action plan regarding the on-going trouble tickets, prepare CR/Work order with network performance and optimization department taking.


      3.      Follow the integration of the new element (OSS, Monitoring, DATA CENTER Devices or sensors, System, Services) in the live network, receive the Work order (WO) check and execute.
o    Follow the creation/modification/remove of the Network element in the OSS/ NMS’s via receiving the CR/WO, check the parameters, and highlight in case of anomalies.
o    Support monitoring integration for the integration of the new services, and ensure all alarms detect by the monitoring systems.
o    Integrating new monitoring systems to other services.
o    Verify that application installations and activities are performed according to safety rules.


     4.     New Monitoring Integration
o    Follow the integration of the new element (OSS, Monitoring, DATA CENTER Devices or sensors, System, Services) in the live network, receive the Work order (WO) check and execute.

o    Required Extensive knowledge in troubleshooting of his domain (OSS/Monitoring/DevOps) related issues.
o    Fully understand the O&M environment & Requirement;
o    Knowledge on his domain related KPIs and troubleshooting.
o    Understanding and hand on experience on his domain (OSS/Monitoring/DevOps) related Tools.
o    Understanding of and able to understand and analyses the Application/DB Traces/logs.

Qualifications & Experience

o   Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science or Information Technology Degree.
o    4 years in operating in related nodes (modern cellular telecommunications systems or  TCP/IP Network and Data Center, preferably IP Solutions)
o    Supplier specific hardware knowledge.
o    Thorough knowledge and extensive practical, supplier specific experience in the relevant area ( OSS , Monitoring Systems, DATA CENTER Concept)
o    Previous work experience in Data Center NOC as a technician.
o    According to Iranian Job Classification Principles, replacement of Working Experience and Education is also possible for this position
o    Proficient English.
o    Good knowledge of MS Office Pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, etc.).
o    Ability to work off hours depending on Network outages and the Customer requests.
o    Full time availability (24x7) to support after office hours and be able to relocate with in the country.
