Role Overview
As an OKR Specialist, you will own the process of defining, tracking, and driving Objectives and Key Results across teams to ensure alignment with company strategy and measurable progress. You will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to embed OKR methodology into daily workflows and promote data-driven goal management.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the OKR planning and alignment process across departments.
- Track and monitor OKR progress regularly, identifying blockers and opportunities.
- Prepare OKR performance reports and dashboards for leadership.
- Train and support teams in OKR best practices and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Growth, Product, Marketing and Operations teams to link OKRs with measurable business outcomes.
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual OKR reviews and retrospectives.
- Assist in integrating OKRs with other performance management and budgeting processes.
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years experience in strategy execution, project management, or performance management roles.
Familiarity with OKR frameworks and goal-setting methodologies.
Strong communication and facilitation skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
Experience with dashboard and reporting tools (Excel, BI tools).
Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
