با توجه به تعدد پروژه های داخلی سازمان، شرکت پشتیبان تغذیه پارسیان اقدام به طراحی و ایجاد ساختار با توجه به تعدد پروژه های داخلی سازمان، شرکت پشتیبان تغذیه پارسیان اقدام به طراحی و ایجاد ساختار PMO نموده است. شرح وطایف و مهارتهای مورد نیاز مدیر PMO به این شرح است:
شرح وطایف:
مشارکت در تعریف پروژه های سازمانی بر مبنای اهداف سالیانه شرکت و اهداف واحدهای سازمانی
ایجاد فرآیندها و فرمتهای استاندارد گزارش‌دهی پروژه‌ها و تضمین صحت، دقت و شفافیت اطلاعات دریافتی
مدیریت، مانیتورینگ و کنترل پروژه‌های سازمانی با تمرکز بر زمان، هزینه، کیفیت و ریسک
مشارکت در شناسایی و تعریف شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPIs) با واحدهای سازمان، دریافت اطلاعات، محاسبه و سنجش KPI واحدها
شناسایی انحراف پروژه ها از برنامه زمانبندی مصوب و اهداف تعیین شده و ارائه اقدامات اصلاحی جهت اصلاح روند اجرای پروژه ها
ایجاد فرهنگ سازمانی مبتنی بر تعریف پروژه های مرتبط، هدف‌گذاری شفاف و نتایج قابل اندازه‌گیری در سطح سازمان
تعامل موثر و هماهنگی با مدیران واحدها و مدیران پروژه برای تبادل دقیق و سریع داده ها و اطلاعات
طراحی و ارائه گزارش‌های تحلیلی و داشبوردهای مدیریتی جهت نمایش میزان تحقق پروژه ها و شناسایی روندها با استفاده از ابزارهای دیجیتال (BI)
مهارتها:
تجربه‌ی موثر در مدیریت، کنترل و مانیتورینگ پروژه‌های سازمانی
تسلط بر ابزارها و نرم افزارهای مدیریت پروژه (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Trello و ... )
تسلط کامل بر تعریف و محاسبه شاخص‌های کلیدی عملکرد (KPIs)
مهارت در مدیریت پروژه و مدیریت ریسک
آشنایی با مفاهیم OKR و سایر روشها و ابزارهای جاری سازی "پروژه محوری" در سازمان
مهارتهای ارتباطی موثر و توانایی انتقال واضح اطلاعات به تیم و مربی گری
رهبری و هدایت تیم، مهارت مربی گری و ایجاد انگیزه و حمایت از تیم ها
مدیریت زمان، مسئولیت پذیری و پیگیری تا حصول نتیجه
دقت بالا، توجه به جزئیات، توانایی تحلیل داده ها و شناسایی روندها
برخورداری از تجربه مدیریت پروژه های سازمانی (پروژه های بهبود) و نیز دارا بودن گواهینامه های بین المللی (PMP , IPMA , ...) موجب ایجاد اولویت در انتخاب خواهد بود.

Description of the scope:
Participation in defining organizational projects based on the company's annual goals and the goals of organizational units
Creating standard project reporting processes and formats and ensuring the accuracy, precision and transparency of received information
Managing, monitoring and controlling organizational projects with a focus on time, cost, quality and risk
Participating in identifying and defining key performance indicators (KPIs) with Organization units, receiving information, calculating and measuring KPI units
Identifying project deviations from the approved schedule and set goals and providing corrective measures to improve the project implementation process
Creating an organizational culture based on the definition of related projects, clear goal setting and measurable results at the organization level
Effective interaction and coordination with unit managers and project managers for accurate and fast exchange of data and information
Designing and presenting analytical reports and management dashboards to show the extent of projects and identify Trends using digital tools (BI)
Skills:
Effective experience in management, control and monitoring of organizational projects
Mastery of project management tools and software (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, Trello, etc.)
Complete mastery of defining and calculating key performance indicators (KPIs)
Skills in project management and risk management
Familiarity with OKR concepts and other "project-oriented" implementation methods and tools in Organization
Effective communication skills and the ability to clearly convey information to the team and coaching
Leadership and guidance of the team, coaching skills and motivating and supporting teams
Time management, accountability and follow-up to achieve results
High accuracy, attention to details, the ability to analyze data and identify trends
Having experience in managing organizational projects (improvement projects) and having international certifications (PMP, IPMA,...) will create priority in the selection.
