Job description:

In this strategic role, you’ll work closely with the company’s executives to define the company’s direction, ensure data-driven progress, and guarantee KPIs are met. Your efforts will directly contribute to shaping the future of SnappShop through strategic decision-making and fostering a team-oriented approach to achieve success.
Responsibilities:
Defining KPIs: Establish key performance indicators for all business functions, create a monitoring framework, and translate KPIs into actionable plans for the company.
Identifying and Pursuing New Business Opportunities: Lead planning efforts and explore ideas for expanding the company’s growth opportunities in diverse areas.
Developing and Implementing Business Strategy: Own the strategy development process and work to execute strategic plans that align with company goals.
Managing Program of the company: Define next steps of the company and ensure that each business function follows the strategic direction based on performance data and KPI outcomes.

Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in business development, data analysis, or product management roles.
- Proficiency in English is required
- Proven track record in executing data-driven strategies and achieving performance goals.
- Proven project management experience, managing multiple initiatives and timelines effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into an actionable strategy.
- High adaptability and excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges with a creative and solution-focused approach
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding project management skills, with sharp attention to detail, the ability to manage time efficiently, and demonstrate high dedication and ownership.
- A team mindset, capable of collaborating effectively and contributing to the success of the whole organization.
