کارشناس فناوری اطلاعات (مانیتورینگ شبکه) | IT Specialist (Network Monitoring)

وظایف و مسئولیت‌ها:

پایش شبکه و سرورها از طریق سیستم‌های مانیتورینگ و شناسایی رخدادهای غیرعادی.

تحلیل، ارزیابی و دسته‌بندی هشدارها و رخدادهای شبکه‌ای و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب.

ثبت، مستندسازی و گزارش‌دهی رخدادها و وضعیت کلی شبکه در سامانه‌های مربوطه.

همکاری مستمر با تیم‌های فنی و امنیتی برای کاهش زمان بازیابی و افزایش پایداری سرویس‌ها.

بهبود سناریوهای مانیتورینگ و پیشنهاد ارتقای فرآیندهای نظارتی.

پشتیبانی از عملیات شبکه و دیتاسنتر در شیفت‌های مختلف (روزانه، شبانه، تعطیلات).

مهارت های کلیدی :

تسلط بر ابزارهای مانیتورینگ شبکه و سیستم‌ها (مانند SolarWinds، Zabbix، PRTG، Nagios).

آشنایی با مفاهیم پیشرفته شبکه (Routing، Switching، VLAN، Firewall) و توانایی تحلیل ترافیک شبکه.

تجربه در کار با پروتکل‌های مانیتورینگ و ثبت رخداد (SNMP، Syslog، NetFlow، ICMP).

توانایی تشخیص و تحلیل سریع هشدارهای شبکه و ارائه گزارش‌های دقیق.

مهارت در اولویت‌بندی و هماهنگی برای رفع رخدادهای بحرانی و همکاری با تیم‌های فنی.

آشنایی با سیستم‌عامل‌های Windows Server و Linux (مزیت محسوب می‌شود).

توانایی مستندسازی و ارائه گزارش‌های جامع از وضعیت شبکه و رخدادها.

دقت بالا، تمرکز قوی و روحیه مسئولیت‌پذیری برای کار در شرایط حساس و شیفت‌های چرخشی.

شیفت های 8ساعته چرخشی 24*7.

آشنایی با اصول امنیت شبکه و تحلیل رخدادهای امنیتی (مزیت محسوب می‌شود).

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Network monitoring and servers through monitoring systems and identifying abnormal events.
Analysis, evaluation and categorization of network warnings and events and providing appropriate solutions.
Record, document and report the events and overall network status in related systems. Monitoring and Offering Supervisory Process Promotion.
Support for network operations and datacenter in various shifts (daily, night, holidays).
Key skills:

mastering network monitoring tools and systems (such as Solarwinds, Zabbix, PRTG, Nagios). Switching, VLAN, Firewall) and Network Traffic Analysis Ability.
Experience in Monitoring and Event Protocols (SNMP, Syslog, Netflow, ICMP).
Ability to detect and analyze network alerts quickly and provide accurate reports.
Prioritization and Coordination of Technical Teams. Server and Linux.
The ability to document and provide comprehensive reports of network status and events.
High accuracy, strong focus and responsibility spirit for work in sensitive conditions and rotational shifts.
familiarity with the principles of network security and analysis of security events (advantage).
