شرایط احراز:

نصب، پیکربندی و نگهداری سرورهای Windows Server
مدیریت و پشتیبانی از سرویس‌های:
Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP)
Group Policy
File Server / Print Server
WSUS
RDS / Remote Desktop Services
مانیتورینگ، عیب‌یابی و رفع مشکلات سیستم‌عامل و سرویس‌های ویندوزی
اجرای Patch Management و به‌روزرسانی‌های امنیتی
مدیریت دسترسی کاربران و سطوح دسترسی
همکاری با تیم‌های شبکه، امنیت، مجازی‌سازی و بکاپ
مستندسازی تغییرات، تنظیمات و سناریوهای پیاده‌سازی
مشارکت در پروژه‌های ارتقاء، مهاجرت و HA/DR

مهارت‌های فنی الزامی:

تسلط بر Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
تسلط کامل بر Active Directory

آشنایی عملی با:
DNS, DHCP
GPO
NTFS Permission & Share Permission
تجربه کار با PowerShell (حداقل در سطح ادمین)
آشنایی با مفاهیم امنیت در ویندوز (Hardening, Policies)
توانایی Troubleshooting حرفه‌ای در سطح OS و Service

مهارت‌های فنی امتیازی:

آشنایی با:

Hyper-V یا VMware
Backup Solutions (Veeam، Windows Backup و…)
Monitoring Tools
تجربه کار در محیط‌های Enterprise
آشنایی با مفاهیم High Availability و Disaster Recovery
آشنایی با مفاهیم پایه شبکه (TCP/IP, VLAN)

We are looking for a Windows operating system and Microsoft services expert familiar with the payment industry and banking services, persistent, responsible and eager to learn and develop in the Information Technology Vice-Chancellor of Novin Payment Company.

Qualification conditions:

Installation, configuration and maintenance of Windows Servers
Management and support of services:
Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP)
Group Policy
File Server / Print Server
WSUS
RDS / Remote Desktop Services
Monitoring, troubleshooting and troubleshooting operating system and Windows services
Implementing patch management and security updates
Managing user access and access levels
Collaboration with network, security, virtualization and backup teams
Documenting changes, settings and implementation scenarios
Participation in upgrade, migration and HA/DR projects

Required technical skills:

Proficiency in Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
Full mastery of Active Directory

Practical familiarity with:
DNS, DHCP
GPO
NTFS Permission & Share Permission
Working experience with PowerShell (at least at the admin level)
Familiarity with security concepts in Windows (Hardening, Policies)
Professional troubleshooting ability at OS and Service level

Bonus technical skills:

Familiarity with:

Hyper-V or VMware
Backup Solutions (Veeam, Windows Backup, etc.)
