About the Role

As a UI/UX Designer at NUVIOR, you will play a key role in shaping intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across our platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing, sales, and product teams to design interfaces that not only look exceptional but also improve usability and drive engagement. Your work will directly reflect the innovation and quality our company stands for.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design and optimize user interfaces for websites, dashboards, apps, and other digital platforms.
2. Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that align with business and user needs.
3. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to enhance product experience.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand and experience across all touchpoints.
5. Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences.
6. Maintain and evolve design systems, UI kits, and design standards.
7. Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality output.
8. Stay up-to-date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve our digital presence.
9. Provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior designers, when applicable.


Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within the medical, beauty, or health industries.
3. Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
4. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX case studies, including research, process, and final deliverables.
5. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
6. Exceptional attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
7. Ability to take initiative, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently and collaboratively.
8. Experience with motion graphics, micro-interactions, or front-end basics (HTML/CSS) is a plus.
9. Fluent in English.
