As part of our international market expansion, we are seeking to hire a skilled and motivated Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build and execute multi-channel demand generation: SEO, content, LinkedIn paid and organic, email, webinars, and partner/co-marketing programs.
2. Create clinician-facing content: case studies, white papers, webinar series, product one-pagers, and microsites that translate biomarker insights into clinical workflows.
3. Own inbound lead qualification and nurture flows; coordinate with sales and customer success to improve demo conversion rates.
4. Optimize website conversion paths and landing pages for demo signups and trial requests; run A/B tests and iterate based on data.
5. Run targeted outreach campaigns to clinics, health coaches, and longevity practitioners; refine ICP and messaging through testing.
6. Manage CRM and marketing stack, including tagging, attribution, and lifecycle automations.
6. Analyze performance and report weekly/monthly metrics; recommend budget shifts to maximize ROI.
7. Lead webinars and online workshops with clinical co-presenters; coordinate conference presence and sponsorships.
8. Align with product and clinical leads to turn product updates and biomarker research into marketable assets.
9. Own a small budget and manage external agencies/freelancers when needed for specialized campaigns.
Must-Have Qualifications
1. 4+ years of B2B SaaS growth or demand gen experience, ideally selling to healthcare professionals or clinical buyers.
2. Proven track record running SEO, content, LinkedIn ads, and email nurture programs that produced demos or pipeline (e.g., generated $X in qualified leads).
3. Strong analytics skills: comfortable with attribution, unit economics, and CRO using tools like Google Analytics.
4. Deep experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot) and workflow automation tools like n8n, Zapier, or similar for building custom integrations, automations, and data flows.
5. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot; proficiency in marketing automation setups, basic SQL, and analytics tooling.
6. Excellent copy and content sensibility for clinical audiences.
7. Comfortable working with clinical subject matter experts and translating technical features into benefits.
8. Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote startup environment.

1. Background in longevity, functional medicine, diagnostics, or labs.
2. Experience with white-label product positioning and channel partnerships.
3. Experience running webinars with clinicians, or clinical conference marketing.
