As a Sales Accounting Specialist, you’ll ensure the accuracy of sales-related financial records, track receivables, and deliver clear financial reports to support informed decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Recording and controlling financial statements of West and South offices
- Recording and following up on financial statements related to other cities
- Recording settlement invoices related to non-company and damaged vehicles
- Preparing and presenting loss reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Following up on and collecting receivables from relevant units and individuals
- Reviewing and reconciling terminal financial statements
- Reviewing cash funds and financial documents of terminal operators
- Collecting, controlling, and repeatedly reviewing statements and accounts on a monthly and annual basis
- Ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper archiving of financial documents
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in sales accounting or financial reporting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Excel
