Job Description
At Okala, we are changing the game in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, creating a new online grocery shopping experience for Iranians. Our Performance team collaborates to make it happen. We have an exciting
opportunity for you to join us as a crucial part of our team as a Senior People and Culture Partner.
Responsibilities
Employee Experiences:
Develop and execute engagement strategies and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Organize employee surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
Plan and manage employee recognition programs and events.
Ensure alignment of employee experience initiatives with the organization's brand and culture
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives and improve employee experience
Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in employee experience and engagement
Data-Driven Insights and Continuous Improvement
Use analytics and employee engagement metrics to measure the effectiveness of programs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for leadership, highlighting trends, key insights, and actionable recommendations.
Conduct employee surveys and other feedback mechanisms to gather input and track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives
Internal Communication
Design and manage regular internal communications, including newsletters, company-wide announcements, and digital content to inform, motivate and align employees with Okala’s strategic goals. 
Use messaging tools to facilitate transparent communication between employees, leaders, and the organization.
Employer Branding and Events
Collaborate on internal and external events to promote employer branding and employee engagement.
Represent the organization in external forums, job fairs, and networking events to build a strong employer brand.
Policy Development and Support
Assist in crafting and updating HR policies to support employee experience and engagement.
Act as a trusted resource for employees seeking guidance on policies and workplace concerns.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships across diverse teams and roles.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting. 
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Good understanding of social media platforms, tools, and trends.
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and effective content on various topics.
