Job Title: Business Assistant
Location: Remote
Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior Power BI Developer to join our team and help us develop and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that turn data into knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with large datasets, developing complex data models, and creating interactive dashboards and reports. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards, as well as cleaning, transforming, and loading (ETL) data from various sources.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Power BI and other BI tools.
- Proficient in SQL and DAX.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Experience with performance optimization of Power BI reports.
- Good communication skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Experience in training and mentoring junior developers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation using Power Query, SQL, and other tools.
- Develop complex data models and DAX expressions.
- Optimize the performance of Power BI reports and data models.
- Analyze data to uncover insights and trends.
- Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Train and mentor junior developers.
Qualifications:
- English proficiency at least at B2 level.
- Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate certification is preferred.
- Experience with other BI tools like Tableau or QlikView is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with large datasets and manage data from various sources.
