شرح وظایف و مسئولیتها:


بررسی مدارک بازرسی سازندگان
به روز رسانی معیارها و استانداردهای کنترل کیفیت
انچام امور بازرسی و ارائه زارش فرایند بازرسی و کنترل کیفیت
تهیه و بررسی دستورالعمل های فنی بر اساس استانداردهای بین المللی
نظارت بر تهیه دستورالعمل ها، رویه ها، فرم ها بر اساس استاندارد Specification و خط مشی های کلی شرکت
تهیه و ارائه گزارش های فنی به مدیر مربوطه



شرایط احراز:
شایستگی های تخصصی

آشنایی کامل با استانداردهای فنی صنایع نفت و گاز و پتروشیمی
آشنایی کامل با اصول کنترل کیفیت و فرایندهای QC
آشنایی کامل با تجهیزات صنعت نفت و گاز
دارای گواهینامه های تست های غیر مخرب
تسلط بر فعالیت های مربوط به سایت و کارگاه های تولید کنندگان در پروژه های EPC
توانایی انجام ماموریت و اعزام به بازررسی
آشنایی با نرم افزارهای OFFICE

Description of duties and responsibilities:


checking the inspection documents of manufacturers
updating the criteria and quality control standards
completing the inspection and presenting the report of the inspection and quality control process
preparing and reviewing technical instructions based on international standards
supervising the preparation of instructions, procedures, forms based on the standard specification and general policies of the company
preparing and presenting technical reports to the relevant manager



conditions Accreditation:
specialized skills

full familiarity with the technical standards of the oil and gas and petrochemical industries
full familiarity with the principles of quality control and QC processes
full familiarity with the oil and gas industry equipment
having non-destructive testing certificates
mastering the activities related to the site and manufacturers' workshops in EPC projects
ability to carry out missions and send for inspections
familiar with software OFFICE
