We are looking for a highly-driven and motivated Vendor Incubation Agent (2 years) for our team. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The ideal candidate will have a track record as a significant individual contributor – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team.
Job Description
- Ensure success of key merchants on Dartil platform including driving Revenue and smooth operation.
- Educating sellers on Dartil features, Dartil promotional campaign and market insights.
- Building long lasting relationships and trust with merchants to understand more about their business and their key success factors
- Negotiating deals with sellers and working with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues.
- Able to coordinate with a cross functional team to identify issues and follow up on solutions.
- Good time management to deliver multiple projects at the same time. Able to follow through to ensure excellent quality of execution. (Additional more complex execution to coordinate across team/ function)
- In depth understanding of seller insights and able to leverage these insights to build strong relationships with sellers. Have basic analysis skills to track seller MOM performance and be able to propose execution ideas to help increase sales.
- Able to collaborate well with other team members. Driven to achieve team goals and is transparent to share ideas to help the total team improve performance.
- Have high accountability and responsibility to follow through each task as well as high ownership of each account.
Requirement:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in BBA or related fields
- 1-3 years experienced in Key Account Management, Account Executive, Online Business, Brand Management, Merchandiser, Business Development (any E-commerce experiences would be a plus)
- Strong communication skills and excellency in presentation skills
- Sales skill would have special considerations
- Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Logical thinking, strong problem-solving skills
