We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This team is at the forefront of our growth, responsible for attracting and onboarding merchants and businesses that use credit to finance their supply of goods.
Our company specializes in providing innovative financial solutions that empower businesses, enabling them to optimize their working capital and accelerate their growth. As a key player in the supply chain finance (SCF) sector, we are looking for a leader who can drive our commercial success and expand our client base.
What responsibilities does this role include?
Leadership: Execute a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new merchant and business clients. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Business Development: Oversee the team's efforts in identifying, contacting, and closing deals with a mix of B2B and B2C clients, primarily through a hybrid model of phone-based and in-person outreach.
Performance Management: Monitor team performance, analyze key metrics, and implement coaching strategies to improve sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Client Acquisition: Ensure the team effectively communicates the value proposition of our credit and finance solutions, addressing the specific needs of our target market.
Market Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales management role, with a proven track record of successfully leading a sales team.
Deep experience in sales within a digital, platform-based, or e-commerce business. You must understand how to sell to and manage clients in a technology-driven environment.
Strong understanding of sales processes, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to inspire and manage a sales team in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics is a must.
