Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Content Analysis & Strategy: Conduct thorough topic-driven SEO content analysis for both national and international markets. Identify and leverage opportunities to enhance on-page performance.
• Content Development: Craft and implement evergreen and time-sensitive SEO content strategies across our websites.
• Editing & Publishing: Manage the editing and timely publication of externally commissioned articles to align with commercial objectives.
• Content Optimization: Utilize your SEO expertise to optimize copy and data within our content, ensuring alignment with SEO, persuasion, or branding goals as needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, SEO, marketing, operations, and content teams to maintain consistent tone of voice and brand standards.
• Engagement & Strategy: Propose innovative methods to engage audiences and build relationships through content development and management of freelancers and internal processes.
• On-page SEO & UX: Implement SEO and user experience optimizations to enhance site performance.
• Impact Tracking: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of SEO content initiatives.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English is highly desirable.
• Content Creation & Optimization: Proven experience in content creation and optimization, with a strong portfolio showcasing challenging projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in HTML, Content Management Systems (CMS), particularly WordPress, and digital publishing tools.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience in working with diverse teams across different functions.
• SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of SEO techniques, best practices, and conversion-oriented copywriting.
• SEO & Digital Marketing Tools: Competence with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
• Excel Proficiency: Solid skills in using Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Work Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role is preferred.
• Interpersonal Skills: Maturity in decision-making, problem-solving, active listening, time management, and continuous learning.
• Project Management: Familiarity or interest in learning project management methodologies and task definitions using OKRs and KPIs.
• Google Workspace: Experience with Google Meet, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Calendar, and other collaboration tools.

• Availability: Ability to commit at least 40 hours per week.
• Basic Equipment: Must have a reliable laptop, internet connection, and headset.
