Responsibilities:
- Continuous Check and follow up of vendors activation Process, Checking the contracts and the information of Specials vendors in the back office.
- Having strategic relationship with vendors according to improve their satisfaction and special care.
- Prepare gap assortment analysis and share the related insightful analysis with vendors to improve their assortment.
- Holding Meeting with vendors to improve their sales and solve issues, having the responsibility of reaching vendors to their order targets.
- Acting as a facilitator in solving vendor issues (Operational, Financial, …) and follow with related teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to vendor needs and objectives.
- Communicating with vendors as main contact person to teach how to operate on the Snap Food application, how to increase the performance score and provide solutions to improve the quality of customer service and advise vendors to increase sales and operational KPIs on the Snapp Food application by Preparing and send regular performance reports to vendors monthly.
- Responsible for following up all Specials vendor issues through a win-win collaboration.
Requirements:
- Familiar with Sales and Marketing
- Strong negotiation knowledge and ability.
- Excellent MS Excel skill and good at other officeand google tools.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
