Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
* Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services.
* Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance and reliability.
* Work on stream processing and real-time data pipelines using tools like Kafka.
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex distributed system issues in a timely manner.
* Mentor junior developers and actively participate in code reviews.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Backend Developer with proficiency in Java or Kotlin
* Hands-on experience with caching technologies like Redis and messaging systems such as Kafka.
* Expertise in NoSQL databases like Elasticsearch, MongoDB, or Cassandra.
* Solid understanding of distributed computing principles and microservices architecture.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong communication skills and ability to mentor and guide junior dev
