Mid-Level Digital Marketer (SEO-first)
We’re hiring a hands-on mid-level digital marketer to work across multiple websites, with a primary focus on Search Engine Optimization (SEO)—especially keyword targeting, clustering, and intent mapping—and secondary contributions to social media marketing and social signals. You should be a consistent learner, able to switch contexts without losing accuracy, and produce clean, dependable work in upper-intermediate English. High precision and strong multitasking are essential.
Must-have hard skills
- Solid SEO execution across:
- Keyword research and Search Engine Results Page (SERP)/intent analysis
- On-page optimization: titles, meta tags, H1–H3 heading structure, copy, image alt text
- Internal linking strategies and basic technical hygiene (crawlability, indexation checks, site speed awareness)
- Analytics hygiene: working knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Ability to plan simple social support activity (light scheduling, basic community engagement) to amplify search visibility
Bonus points (optional, nice-to-have)
- Google Ads familiarity: fundamentals of search campaign structure, keyword match types, negative lists, and conversion basics
- LinkedIn content planning/scheduling and lightweight page/blog amplification (optional)
- Canva for simple visuals/creative tweaks (optional)
- Comfort making small edits in HTML (HyperText Markup Language), CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), or JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)
