شرح وظایف کلیدی:
رهبری فنی و تصمیمسازی استراتژیک:
• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی فنی سازمان با همراستایی با چشمانداز محصول و اهداف تجاری
• طراحی و بازنگری معماری کلان سیستم با تمرکز بر مقیاسپذیری، امنیت، انعطافپذیری و تحمل خطا
• برنامهریزی و مدیریت منابع، بودجه، زمانبندی و ظرفیت تیم در پروژههای فنی
• پایش شاخصهای عملکردی سیستم و هدایت اقدامات بهبود ( Uptime ، Incident Rate، Latency و …)
رهبری تیم و رشد منابع انسانی:
• مدیریت، سازماندهی و توسعه تیمهای مهندسی شامل بکاند، فرانتاند، بلاکچین، DevOps، امنیت و داده
• تفویض مؤثر مسئولیتها و همکاری ساختیافته با تیملیدها و Tech Leadها برای پیشبرد اهداف فنی
• ایفای نقش فعال در منتورینگ، کوچینگ، انگیزش و توسعه مسیر شغلی اعضای تیم فنی
• جذب و حفظ استعدادهای کلیدی با رویکرد رشد پایدار تیم و فرهنگ یادگیری
تعاملات سازمانی و بینبخشی:
• همکاری نزدیک با مدیران محصول (PM) و مدیران محصول فنی (TPM) برای طراحی تصمیمات مبتنی بر اولویتهای محصول و واقعیتهای فنی
• مشارکت فعال در جلسات استراتژیک با مدیران ارشد و هیئتمدیره
• تسهیل ارتباط بین تیم فنی و سایر بخشها (محصول، بازاریابی، پشتیبانی، مالی، منابع انسانی) با بیانی ساده و دقیق از مسائل پیچیده فنی
حضور مؤثر در شرایط بحرانی:
• توانایی ورود مستقیم به فرآیند توسعه در شرایط حساس یا بحرانی
• الگو بودن در موقعیتهای پرفشار برای حفظ تمرکز، سرعت و کیفیت تیم مهارتها و توانمندیها
• تسلط به معماریهای میکروسرویس، سیستمهای توزیعشده، DevOps و زیرساخت ابری
• درک عملی از امنیت سیستمهای مالی و رمزارزی، شامل رمزنگاری، احراز هویت چندلایه و محافظت از API
• قدرت برنامهریزی، بودجهبندی، تحلیل ریسک و تصمیمگیری دادهمحور
• توانمندی بالا در ساخت تیم، ایجاد انگیزه و رشد فردی و فنی اعضای تیم

• حداقل 8 سال تجربهی حرفهای مرتبط و 3 سال سابقه مدیریت فنی در سطح ارشد
• تجربه ساخت، مقیاسدهی و نگهداری سیستمهای بلادرنگ یا با ترافیک بالا
• مسلط به فرآیندهای توسعه نرمافزار، امنیت زیرساخت، و چرخه عمر DevOps

• Planning and management of resources, budget, scheduling and team capacity in technical projects
• Monitoring system performance indicators and guiding improvement measures (Uptime, Incident Rate, Latency, etc.) Technical
