Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of data to extract actionable patterns and insights.
- Process confidential data in compliance with established guidelines.
- Develop, maintain, and automate data processes to enhance efficiency.
- Gather, document, and understand detailed business requirements using various tools and techniques.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and advocate for quality enhancements within the team.
- Utilize Python/R, SQL, Power BI, and advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
- Prepare reports, create dashboards, and conduct statistical tests such as A/B testing.
- Develop and deploy dashboards and reports to gather data-backed insights.
- Deliver insights on potential areas of growth, optimization, and improvements.
- Generate ad-hoc reports and implement changes in dashboards as needed.
- Support business intelligence strategies with quantitative analysis and recommendations.
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders on data analysis projects.
- Generate daily internal and external performance reports.
- Conduct product feature impact analysis.
- Provide weekly root cause analysis reports.
- Support comprehensive analysis in pricing, offerings, onboarding, and other areas as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related disciplines.
- Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
- Previous experience in team leadership is a plus.
