• مدیریت و نظارت فنی بر آزمون‌های آنالیز روغن‌های صنعتی
• آموزش، ارزیابی ، نظارت بر عملکرد پرسنل آزمایشگاه و ارتقاء سطح فنی آنها
• بررسی، کنترل و تأیید نتایج آزمون‌ها پیش از صدور گزارش نهایی
• همکاری مؤثر با واحد کنترل کیفیت جهت بهبود و حفظ الزامات سیستم کیفیت
• توانایی تصمیم‌گیری فنی همراه با دقت و مسئولیت‌پذیری بالا
توانمندی‌های تخصصی:
• حداقل مدرک کارشناسی شیمی یا رشته‌های مرتبط
• سابقه کار در آزمایشگاه آنالیز روغن (سابقه مدیریت مزیت محسوب می‌شود)
• تسلط کامل بر الزامات و پیاده‌سازی ISO/IEC 17025:2017 شامل:
o نظارت بر عملکرد، کالیبراسیون و نگهداری تجهیزات
o تهیه، بازبینی و کنترل مستندات فنی ، روش‌های اجرایی و SOP
o تسلط بر محاسبه عدم قطعیت و قواعد تصمیم‌گیری
o پاسخگویی تخصصی به بازرسی‌های سازمان ملی استاندارد
• تسلط بر روش‌های آزمون آنالیز روغن و گریس مطابق استانداردهای ASTM،ISO و …(آنالیز عنصری، شکل‌شناسی ذرات، اسیدیته و ...)
• توانایی تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های فنی به مدیریت ارشد

Specialized abilities:
• Minimum bachelor degree in chemistry or related fields
• Work experience in an oil analysis laboratory (management experience is considered an advantage)
• Complete mastery of the requirements and implementation of ISO/IEC 17025:2017 including:
o supervision Performance, calibration and maintenance of equipment
o Preparation, review and control of technical documentation, implementation methods and SOP
o Mastery of uncertainty calculation and decision rules
o Specialized response to inspections of the National Standards Organization
• Mastery of oil and grease analysis test methods according to ASTM, ISO and ... standards (elemental analysis, particle morphology, acidity, etc.)
• Ability to prepare and present technical reports to senior management
