کلینیک ایران نوین در جستجوی یک متخصص حمایت از پیاده‌سازی برای پیوستن به تیم فناوری اطلاعات و توسعه نرم‌افزار خود در تهران می‌باشد. در این نقش، شما نقش اساسی در توسعه و پیاده‌سازی اپلیکیشن‌های جدید و بهبود فرآیندهای جاری خواهید داشت.

مسئولیت ها:
- توسعه و بهبود فرآیندهای فناوری اطلاعات به منظور ارتقاء عملکرد سیستم‌ها
- پیاده‌سازی و پشتیبانی از اپلیکیشن‌ها و راهکارهای نرم‌افزاری جدید
- همکاری نزدیک با تیم توسعه برای بهبود عملکرد و کارایی نرم‌افزارها
- ارائه آموزش‌ها و پشتیبانی‌های لازم به کاربران نهایی
- شناسایی و رفع مشکلات فنی به صورت کارآمد

شایستگی ها:
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته کامپیوتر و فناوری اطلاعات
- تجربه کاری مرتبط در حوزه توسعه فرآیند و اپلیکیشن
- آشنا به تکنیک‌ها و ابزارها در زمینه فناوری اطلاعات
- مهارت‌های عالی در حل مسئله و توانایی ارتباط مؤثر

Iran Navin Clinic is looking for an implementation support specialist to join its IT and software development team in Tehran. In this role, you will play a key role in the development and implementation of new applications and improvement of current processes.

Responsibilities:
- Development and improvement of information technology processes in order to improve the performance of systems
- Implementation and support of new software applications and solutions
- Close cooperation with the development team to improve the performance and efficiency of the software
- Providing the necessary training and support to end users
- Identifying and solving technical problems efficiently

Competence - Degree in computer and information technology
- Relevant work experience in the field of process and application development
- Familiar with techniques and tools in the field of information technology
- Excellent problem solving skills and effective communication ability
