کارشناس بازرگانی خارجی | Foreign commercial expert

شرح وظایف اصلی:

• تسلط بر سامانه جامع تجارت ،ثبت سفارشات، تخصیص ارز ، اخذ مجوزهای لازم از وزارتخانه
• آشنایی با اسناد تجاری ، قوانین بازرگانی ، اینکوترمز، حمل و بیمه کالا
• آشنایی با مفاهیم مربوط به تخصیص ، خرید و حواله ها ارزی
• آشنایی با سیستم های مدیریت زنجیره تامین و مدیریت بازرگانی خارجی ، موجودی و انبارداری ، کیفیت کالا
• ارتباط گیری با تامین کنندگان ، برنامه ریزی و سازماندهی منابع ، خدمات پس از خرید
• تکمیل فرم ها و مکاتبات جهت هماهنگی با شرکت های ترخیص و بازرسی
• ارائه گزارشات روزانه و هفتگی بازرگانی خارجی


نیازمندی ها و توانایی ها :
• حداقل کارشناسی مدیریت بازرگانی ، زبان انگلیسی و یا سایر رشته های مدیریتی و مرتبط
• حداقل 3 سال سابقه کار در بازرگانی خارجی (فعالیت کاری در صنعت مشابه در اولویت می باشد )
• تسلط بر زبان انگلیسی و مکاتبات تجاری داخلی و خارجی
• تسلط بر نرم افزارهای آفیس و توانایی منبع یابی ( Sourcing)
• آشنایی با سامانه های جامع تجارت ، گمرک ، دامپزشکی ، غذا و دارو و فرایند اخذ مجوزهای مربوطه
• توانایی حل مساله ، خلاقیت ، دارای روحیه کار تیمی با واحدهای دیگر سازمان
• دارای نظم و دقت بالا، پیگیری امور

 

Description of the main duties: • Mastering the comprehensive business system, registering orders, allocating currency, obtaining the necessary permits from the ministry • Familiarity with commercial documents, commercial laws, Incoterms, transportation and insurance of goods • Familiarity with the concepts related to allocation, purchase and currency remittances • Familiarity with supply chain management systems and foreign trade management, inventory and storage, product quality • Communicating with suppliers, planning and organizing resources, after-purchase services Forms and correspondence for coordination with clearance and inspection companies • Presenting daily and weekly foreign trade reports


Requirements and abilities:
• At least bachelor's degree in business administration, English or other management and related disciplines
• At least 3 years of work experience in foreign trade (work activity in a similar industry is preferred)
• Fluency in English and domestic and foreign business correspondence
• Fluency in office software Sourcing ability
• Familiarity with the comprehensive systems of trade, customs, veterinary medicine, food and medicine and the process of obtaining relevant licenses
• Ability to solve problems, creativity, having a spirit of teamwork with other units of the organization
• Having high order and accuracy, following up on matters
