مدیر شعبه (صفادشت) | Branch Manager

*شرح شغل:
-مدیریت بر عملکرد کارکنان شعبه
-نظارت بر رویه پایش رضایت مشتری و تجمیع نظرات مشتریان
-نظارت بر صحت اجرای فرایند های داخلی
-مدیریت فنی تعمیرات در سایت طبق قراردادها از طریق کنترل و نظارت بر پیشرفت دستورکارهای جاری در سایت مشتری
-ارزیابی و ارائه پیشنهادات و برنامه ریزی اقدامات مربوط به تعمیرات پیشگیرانه به مشتری
-مدیریت داخلی ادارات سرویس شامل:نظارت بر برنامه ریزی و بکارگیری بهینه تکنسین های حاضر در ادارات سرویس در پروژه های جاری
-برنامه ریزی نیروی انسانی شعبه و پروژه ها
-ارزیابی عملکرد تکنسین های شعبه و پروژه ها
-نظارت بر ارزیابی دوره ای: شامل تهیه و ارائه مستندات و برنامه ریزی و اجرای اقدامات اصلاحی
*شرایط احراز:
-سابقه مدیریت در صنعت خودرو و ماشین‌آلات به ویژه ماشین‌آلات سنگین
-سطح بالاتر از متوسط در زبان انگلیسی
-مهارت‌های رهبری.تفکر تحلیلی.توانایی برنامه‌ریزی و سازماندهی
-مدرک تحصیلی: کارشناسی و بالاتر( مهندسی مکانیک یا مهندسی برق)
-حداکثر پنج سال سابقه کاری در حوزه مرتبط

*Job description:- Managing the performance of branch employees
- Supervising the procedure for monitoring customer satisfaction and collecting customer opinions
- Supervising the accuracy of internal processes
- Technical management of repairs on the site according to contracts through controlling and monitoring the progress of current agendas at the customer's site
- Assessing and providing suggestions and planning measures related to preventive repairs to the customer
- Internal management of service departments including: monitoring the program Optimum planning and use of technicians present in service departments in current projects
-Manpower planning of branches and projects
-Evaluation of the performance of technicians of branches and projects
-Supervision of periodical evaluation: including preparation and presentation of documentation and planning and implementation of corrective measures
*Certification conditions:
-Management experience in the automotive and machinery industry, especially heavy machinery
-Higher than average level in language English
-Leadership skills, analytical thinking, ability to plan and organize
-Educational degree: Bachelor or higher (mechanical engineering or electrical engineering)
-Maximum five years of work experience in a related field
