Responsibilities:
- Assist in Project Delivery, Maintenance, and Testing Software Solutions for Telecom Applications (e.g., Customer Management, Billing & Charging, SMSC & etc.).
- Work with Cloud-native Technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) and Microservices Architecture.
- Support Troubleshooting and Debugging of Telecom Software systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Customer, HQ and R&D Teams) to deliver high-quality and reliable solutions.
- Document Technical Specifications, test cases, and Deployment/Implementation procedures.
- Learn and apply Software Integrations and Business
Requirements:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of Programming Languages (Python, Java, C++, or Go).
- Familiarity with Linux, Databases (SQL/NoSQL), and SOAP/REST APIs.
- Interest & Knowledge in Telecom Industry & Business is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
- Good Communication and Teamwork abilities.
