شرح شغل:

• تدوین و اجرای استراتژی‌های فروش به‌منظور دستیابی به اهداف درآمدی.
• نظارت بر عملکرد تیم فروش و ارائه راهنمایی و پشتیبانی لازم.
• تحلیل داده‌های فروش و روندهای بازار برای شناسایی فرصت‌های رشد.
• همکاری با تیم بازاریابی برای هماهنگی تلاش‌های تبلیغاتی.
• حفظ ارتباطات مثبت با مشتریان.
• مدیریت و تخصیص منابع برای بهینه‌سازی عملکرد تیم فروش.

شرایط احراز:

• تجربه کاری قابل‌توجه در مدیریت فروش یا سمت‌های مشابه.
• مهارت‌های رهبری و توانایی هدایت تیم‌های فروش.
• توانایی تحلیل داده‌های بازار و ایجاد استراتژی‌های مؤثر.
• مهارت‌های برقراری ارتباط و مذاکره برجسته.
