کارشناس عملیات فورواردی در خصوص محموله‌های وارداتی و صادراتی در شرکت حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی؛
شرکت مارال ترانس آذر در راستای توسعه تیم تخصصی خود از کارشناسان عملیات فورواردری واردات و صادرات با تخصص و تجربه در صنعت حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی و لجستیک دعوت به همکاری می‌نماید.
مسئولیت‌ها:
- مدیریت عملیات حمل و نقل بین‌المللی و هماهنگی با مشتریان و تامین‌کنندگان.
- نظارت بر تهیه و بررسی اسناد حمل و نقل بین‌المللی.
- بهینه‌سازی فرآیندهای لجستیکی جهت کاهش هزینه‌ها و افزایش بهره‌وری.
- برقراری ارتباط موثر با مشتریان و ارائه خدمات مشاوره‌ای در زمینه حمل و نقل.
- تحلیل و استفاده از اینکوترمز به منظور پیاده‌سازی صحیح قراردادهای حمل و نقل.
شرایط احراز:
- آشنایی کامل با مفاهیم حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی، اسناد حمل، اینکوترمز و فرآیندهای لجستیکی.
- مسلط به نرم‌افزارهای مرتبط مانند Outlook و Excel.
- توانایی برقراری ارتباط مؤثر و مهارت‌های بین‌فردی قوی.
- توانایی مدیریت زمان و اولویت‌بندی وظایف.
- حداقل دو سال سابقه کار مرتبط در شرکت‌های حمل‌ونقل بین‌المللی (ترجیحاً در بخش فورواردری واردات).

Responsibilities:
- Manage of international transport operations and coordination with customers and suppliers.
- Monitoring and reviewing international transportation documents.
- Optimizing logistics and reducing costs and reducing logistics. And use Incoterms to properly implement shipping contracts.
