SAP-savvy Accountant

We are looking for an experienced SAP-savvy Accountant to support our Finance team in deploying and activating the SAP Finance Module. This role is critical in ensuring a smooth system implementation, data migration, and readiness of the module for daily operational use.

 Key Responsibilities

Lead the setup, configuration, and deployment of SAP Finance Module for the Finance team
Import, validate, and reconcile financial data into SAP to ensure accuracy and completeness
Analyze current financial processes and convert them into optimized SAP workflows
Establish and maintain strong internal controls within the SAP environment
Prepare financial and operational reports through SAP
Train Finance team members and provide user support to ensure successful knowledge transfer
Collaborate closely with the Finance and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and execution

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on SAP experience (Mid to Senior level)
Full proficiency in SAP Finance and related modules
Solid accounting background with strong process understanding
Ability to diagnose system needs and implement effective SAP solutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in training and supporting end-users
Prior experience in mining or heavy industries is an advantage (optional)
