شرح شغل :

• تسلط انگلیسی (مکاتبات و مذاکرات)
• مایل به یادگیری و علاقه مند به کار تیمی و گزارش محور
• برنامه ریزی ، مدیریت و کنترل فرایند خرید
• اجرای اقدامات عملیاتی: طراحی و اجرای فرایند منبع یابی ، مذاکره و نهایی سازی خرید
• توانایی مذاکره و عقد قراردادها با تأمین کنندگان ، مدیریت خرید ، هماهنگی لجستیک ، امور گمرکی و ترخیص کالا
• ارتباط موثر با تأمین کنندگان و مشتریان
• قابلیت تحلیل روند بازار و شناسایی تأمین کنندگان مناسب
• توانایی شناسایی و مدیریت رسیک های مربوط به تأمین خارجی و مدیریت هزینه ها
• آشنا با روش های حمل و نقل ، قوانین تجارت خارجی ، نرم افزار CRM
• مدیریت بحران و توانایی حل مسئله

- Operational procurement execution: Designing and implementing the process of sourcing, negotiating and finalizing the purchase
- Ability to negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers, purchase management, logistics coordination, customs and clearance coordination
- Effective communication with suppliers and customers
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify right suppliers
- Identify and manage risks related to foreign supply and cost management
- Familiar with transportation methods, foreign trade rules, CRM software
- Crisis management and problem solving abilities
