Responsibilities:

• ML Engineering: 
  • Training readiness in order to Prepare data environments that support the seamless initiation of machine learning training phases.
  • Fine-Tuning facilitation in order to Ensure data is optimized for fine-tuning processes to enhance model performance.
  • Designing production ML system in terms of reliability and scalability.
• Research: 
  • Literature review on different features in order to find the best fit method.
  • Make a good progress on the development of VTO and Gen-AI features specially in Vision Tasks, infusing it with novel features and conducting groundbreaking research to elevate accuracy.
• Data: 
  • Data collection in order to proactively identify and collect relevant datasets to meet the project’s needs.
  • Data preparation in order to cleanse, structure, and annotate data to ensure its quality and accessibility for training purposes.
  • Data management in order to Implement data storage solutions that facilitate efficient retrieval and ongoing maintenance.

Requirements:

• With over 2 years of hands-on experience nurturing CV/ML projects from conception to fruition.
• A profound understanding of the mathematical underpinnings of machine learning and numerical optimization is paramount.
• Craft intricate validation schemes, unraveling the mysteries of machine learning accuracy.
• Experience within Python, PyTorch/Tensorflow.
• Flexibility and stellar communication skills define your essence, embodying the spirit of a collaborative team player.
• Be a proactive team player in terms of knowledge sharing.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and follow cutting-edge solutions

Nice To Have:

• Familiarity with unix-based system
• Got dirty hands on docker and containerized deployment
• Familiarity with git
• Experience within data structures, data modeling, algorithms and logical procedures
• Experience within ML frameworks such as LangChain, LammaIndex, etc..
