We at Meta Marketing Agency are seeking a dynamic and motivated Product Manager to take ownership of our software product, which has been in the market for one year. This role involves leading the strategic and operational efforts to enhance, scale, and grow the product in a competitive and fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to drive product success.
Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Development
- Refine and evolve the product vision based on feedback from the Iranian market and global trends
- Identify and prioritize new features to enhance the existing product and deliver greater user value
- Update the product roadmap for short-term (quarterly) and mid-term (six-month) goals in alignment with stakeholders
- Design and conduct A/B tests and feature validation to optimize user experience
Market and User Experience Analysis
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and market gaps in Iran
- Update customer personas and user journey maps based on real user data
- Analyze user data (e.g., user behavior, conversion rates, and performance metrics) to identify product strengths and areas for improvement
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative interviews with current and potential customers to extract needs and refine the product
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate closely with technical teams (internal and external) and UX/UI designers to ensure accurate execution of the product vision
- Work with marketing and sales teams to design and implement growth and retention strategies
- Manage communication with key stakeholders (suppliers, development teams, and customers) and provide constructive feedback
- Support marketing teams in optimizing campaigns and increasing customer acquisition rates
Project Management (Product-Focused)
- Oversee product development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Ensure project progress aligns with the product’s strategic goals and market needs
- Document processes and provide regular reports to stakeholders for transparency and informed decision-making
- Identify and mitigate product development risks with timely solutions
Requirements
Skills and Experience
- Professional experience (minimum 3 years) in digital product management, preferably in B2C or software platforms
- Experience with a product that has been in the market for at least one year and familiarity with scaling challenges
- Proficiency in product and project management tools such as Jira or similar
- Deep understanding of UX/UI principles and ability to collaborate effectively with UX designers
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing the product lifecycle
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making and solving complex problems
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar) is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage multiple stakeholders
