Digikala Service provides after-sales services such as warranty, installation, repair, and more. At Digikala Service, the Senior Sales and Marketing Specialist plays a central role in designing, executing, and optimizing all marketing activities and sales development efforts. This role is responsible for planning and developing marketing strategies, executing integrated brand awareness and sales campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, monitoring the effectiveness of initiatives, and continuously improving sales and marketing performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Planning and Strategy
- Developing a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy aligned with Digikala Service’s overall business objectives
- Designing short-term, mid-term, and long-term marketing plans
- Analyzing the market, competitors, and target customers to identify growth opportunities
- Defining and tracking sales and marketing OKRs and KPIs
- Contributing to brand strategy development and increasing brand awareness
Campaign Execution and Management
- Designing, executing, and managing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
- Managing multiple marketing campaigns
- Planning and executing campaigns focused on sales growth, new customer acquisition, and customer retention
- Coordinating with content, design, product, operations, and sales teams to deliver campaigns effectively
- Collaborating with external partners and vendors for marketing campaign planning and execution
Sales and Market Development
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to design lead generation and conversion improvement initiatives
- Identifying and developing new sales and marketing channels
- Contributing to pricing strategies, service packaging, and promotional offers
Data Analysis and Optimization
- Monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Preparing analytical reports on KPIs, campaign ROI, and the sales funnel
- Identifying weaknesses and improvement opportunities and proposing actionable solutions
- Continuously optimizing campaigns based on data insights and market feedback
Communication and Coordination
- Coordinating with internal teams (marketing, content, product, operations, support, etc.)
- Managing relationships with marketing agencies, contractors, and external partners
- Overseeing the quality of deliverables and ensuring timely execution of activities
Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategy and sales strategy concepts and tools
- Hands-on experience in executing digital marketing campaigns (performance marketing, CRM, content, social media, etc.)
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Experience with data analytics and marketing tools
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to make KPI- and ROI-driven decisions
- Understanding of brand management concepts and the customer journey
