• Develop and implement a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with Unilever’s business objectives.
• Lead and optimize supply chain processes, focusing on sustainability, transformation, and operational excellence to deliver superior value to our customers and stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive collaboration and efficiency across procurement, planning, operations, SHE, and warehousing.
• Oversee procurement processes to ensure cost-effective sourcing and supplier performance.
• Foster strong relationships with suppliers to enhance supply chain resilience and innovation.
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand forecasting, inventory management, and production planning.
• Implement best practices in operational efficiency and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with SHE regulations and promote a culture of safety within the supply chain.
• Develop and execute initiatives to minimize environmental impact and enhance sustainability.
• Drive the digitalization of supply chain processes through the adoption of advanced technologies and data analytics.
• Leverage digital tools to enhance visibility, agility, and responsiveness in the supply chain.
• Oversee warehousing and distribution strategies to optimize logistics performance and reduce costs.
• Ensure timely import and export operations, adhering to regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing supply chain team.
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA degree is preferred.
• More than 10 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on procurement, planning, and operations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to drive change and achieve results.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and digital tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English.
