Role Overview
We’re seeking a results-driven Senior SEO Specialist who excels in developing and executing advanced SEO strategies. This role demands an individual with deep technical expertise, strong content optimization skills, and the ability to generate measurable business impact. You will be responsible for leading all SEO efforts for Saadat Rent’s digital assets, from driving traffic to improving organic search rankings and ensuring continuous performance optimization. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior staff, and contributing to the development of a high-performance SEO team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Execute Comprehensive SEO Strategies: Lead the SEO strategy for Saadat Rent’s multi-location websites, focusing on increasing organic search visibility and driving targeted traffic through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
Advanced Technical SEO Implementation: Conduct in-depth technical audits, resolving issues related to website architecture, page speed optimization, mobile usability, indexing, crawlability, and structured data. Ensure that all technical aspects of the website are optimized for search engines.
Keyword Strategy and Optimization: Conduct sophisticated keyword research to uncover high-value opportunities, ensuring that target keywords are effectively integrated into content, meta tags, URLs, and other on-page elements
Content Optimization: Collaborate with the Content and Marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for SEO, including developing content briefs, optimizing landing pages, and guiding the content creation process to align with SEO goals.
Comprehensive Data Analysis: Utilize advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console) to track performance, analyze traffic patterns, and provide actionable insights for continuous optimization. Create detailed monthly performance reports to measure success and identify growth areas.
Competitor & Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the SEO landscape, analyze competitor SEO tactics, and stay updated on emerging SEO trends and algorithms to ensure Saadat Rent stays ahead of the curve.
Link-Building & Authority Building: Develop and execute a white-hat link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks, contributing to domain authority growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the development, content, design, and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are seamlessly integrated into all web development, content creation, and digital marketing campaigns.
Mentorship & Knowledge Sharing: Lead SEO initiatives and share expertise across teams. Mentor junior SEO specialists and provide training to ensure the team maintains best practices and stays aligned with SEO goals.

What You Bring:

Expertise in SEO with hands-on experience using AI-powered SEO tools.
Strong ability to analyze data and integrate AI insights to drive results.
Proven Expertise in SEO: 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, including both strategic and technical aspects. A track record of driving significant organic traffic and improving rankings.
Strong Technical SEO Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of technical SEO, including website audits, site architecture, schema markup, mobile optimization, and performance analysis.
Proficiency with SEO Tools: Extensive experience with industry-standard SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other relevant platforms. Comfort with using these tools to inform strategy and track performance.
Content Optimization & Strategy: Strong understanding of content SEO, with the ability to collaborate closely with content teams and ensure SEO best practices are applied to all content.
Data-Driven Approach: Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and transform insights into actionable strategies. Comfortable working with large datasets and presenting findings to stakeholders.
Project & Time Management: Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Leadership & Team Collaboration: Ability to lead SEO projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Prior experience mentoring junior SEO staff is a plus
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered.
