مدیر ارشد نگهداری و تعمیرات ناوگان | Fleet Technical & Maintenance Senior Manager

وظایف و مسئولیت ها:
- طراحی، برنامه‌ریزی و نظارت بر برنامه تعمیرات پیشگیرانه (PM) و تعمیرات اصلاحی (CM) کل ناوگان.
- پایش مستمر وضعیت فنی خودروها و تحلیل خرابی‌ها برای پیشگیری از توقف‌های اضطراری.
- تعریف سیاست‌های استاندارد نگهداری و ایجاد نظام CMMS یا سامانه مدیریت تعمیرات.
- مدیریت بودجه تعمیرات و نگهداری و ارائه گزارش‌های هزینه به مدیر عامل
- کنترل هزینه‌ها و جلوگیری از هزینه‌های تکراری یا غیرضروری.
- تدوین KPIهای کلیدی مانند هزینه تعمیر به ازای هر کیلومتر، میانگین توقف خودروها (Downtime) و MTBF (میانگین فاصله بین خرابی‌ها)
- طراحی و اجرای استانداردهای بهره‌برداری برای افزایش عمر مفید خودروها.
- اجرای استانداردهای مرتبط مانند ISO 45001 (ایمنی) ، ISO 9001 (کیفیت) و ISO 39001 (ایمنی حمل‌ونقل)
- هدایت تیم‌های مکانیک، برق خودرو، تکنسین‌های فنی، انباردار قطعات، سرپرستان.
- ایجاد تیم‌هایی با واکنش سریع برای خرابی‌های جاده‌ای.

شرایط احراز
- حداقل کارشناسی در رشته‌های مهندسی مکانیک، خودرو و سایر رشته های مرتبط
- حداقل 7 سال تجربه مدیریتی در حوزه تعمیرات و نگهداری ناوگان حمل
- تجربه در ناوگان‌های یخچالی، پخش مویرگی، حمل مواد غذایی مزیت مهم محسوب می‌شود.
- تسلط کامل به نگهداری و تعمیرات خودروهای سنگین، نیمه‌سنگین، یخچال‌دار و موتورهای دیزلی.
- توانایی تحلیل خرابی، هزینه، سوخت و برنامه‌ریزی فنی.
- مهارت در کنترل هزینه و بودجه‌ریزی.
- توانایی برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک و عملیاتی.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Design, plan and monitor preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) program for the entire fleet.
- Continuous monitoring of the technical condition of cars and analysis of breakdowns to prevent emergency stops.
- Definition of standard maintenance policies and creation of CMMS or maintenance management system.
- Managing the maintenance budget and providing cost reports to the CEO
- Control costs and prevent duplicate or unnecessary costs.
- Development of key KPIs such as repair cost per kilometer, average vehicle downtime (Downtime) and MTBF (mean time between breakdowns)
- Designing and implementing operating standards to increase the useful life of cars.
- Implementation of related standards such as ISO 45001 (safety), ISO 9001 (quality) and ISO 39001 (transportation safety)
- Leading teams of mechanics, car electricians, technical technicians, parts storekeepers, supervisors.
- Creation of quick response teams for road breakdowns.

Eligibility conditions
- Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, automobile and other related fields
- At least 7 years of management experience in the field of repairs and maintenance of the transport fleet
- Experience in refrigerated fleets, capillary distribution, food transportation is an important advantage.
- Complete mastery of maintenance and repairs of heavy, semi-heavy, refrigerated vehicles and diesel engines.
- Ability to analyze failure, cost, fuel and technical planning.
- Skill in cost control and budgeting.
- Strategic and operational planning ability.
