Job Description: Identifying, designing and updating the policies and procedures of all human resource systems and processes such as recruiting and hiring, performance evaluation system, training and development program, payroll system, Reward system, talent management and organizational culture, career path planning and retention system.
Analyzing and modifying compensation policies to create competitive programs.
Identifying and designing succession and development programs for employees.
Design and implementation of performance management system.
Preparation of motivational programs to increase employee satisfaction. All administrative processes and human resources and the related instructions and implementation methods. Complete mastery of formulating and implementing human resources strategies. At least a bachelor's degree in management, industrial engineering or other related fields. >At least seven years of management work experience in human resources field.
Complete command of English.
Effective leadership and communication skills.
