We’re looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end design of user experiences that are intuitive, impactful, and delightful. You’ll play a key role in shaping our product vision and turning complex challenges into elegant solutions.
responsibilities:
- Optimize user journeys to deliver seamless and engaging experiences
- Focus on providing an easy-to-use interface
- Benchmark competitors and similar products
- Work on optimizing key user funnels to improve conversion rates and reduce drop-offs.
- Plan and conduct user interviews and surveys across all touchpoints to uncover pain points and opportunities
- Lead usability testing for complex features and redesigns before handoff to engineering
- Design and execute A/B tests and fake door experiments to validate user behavior
- Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify friction points and improve UX
- Monitor product performance and proactively detect usability issues
- Define and track success metrics for design outcomes
- Generate creative ideas that drive business growth
requirements:
- Proven experience in designing digital products (B2C-focused)
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
- Creative mindset with a passion for elegant, user-centered design
- Emphasis on high quality visual design and detail.
