متخصص تدارکات- تامین فیبر (قراردادی) | FTTH Procurement Specialist - supply (Vendor)

*نقش ها و مسئولیت ها
• هماهنگی با L&R و همچنین بخش برنامه ریزی و عملکرد تهیه و عملکرد برای پیگیری قراردادهای مربوط به بخش تهیه و اطمینان از مناطق بهبود در فرآیندها/رویه ها در بخش مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است.
• برای رعایت کلیه PPP های مربوطه (از جمله اما محدود به سیاست تهیه ، سیاست مناقصه و کد رفتار تهیه) در هنگام تهیه درخواست ها.
• جستجوی تأمین کنندگان احتمالی استقرار فیبر شرکت و الزامات کارآزمایی و ارزیابی آنها بر اساس شرکت PPPS
• برای تعامل با تأمین کنندگان متنیراننل و مذاکره در مورد موارد مختلف با تأمین کنندگان مانند قیمت ، کیفیت کالا ، مهلت ، انتظارات ، و غیره.

• فرآیندهای ارزیابی پیشنهادهای تجاری
• تهیه گزارش ارزیابی و توصیه های RFX
• پیش از تصویب PRS و اطمینان از صدور زمان به موقع POS
• تضمین اجرای به موقع قراردادها
• اجرای قراردادها ، به روزرسانی امضا ، به روزرسانی قراردادهای ثبت شده و غیره
• تهیه گزارش های دوره ای یا موقت ، گزارش های وضعیت در مورد مناقصه ها ، گزارش های PR/PO و غیره
• مدرک لیسانس در زمینه مدیریت تجاری یا صنعتی ، مدیریت زنجیره تأمین یا مرتبط ؛ آشنا با زمینه تأمین FTTH

*تجربه
• حداقل 3 سال تجربه در حوزه تخصصی. تجربه کار در یک سازمان متوسط در زمینه تأمین FTTH
• تجربه در زمینه ارتباط از راه دور ، یا دسته بندی های تهیه فناوری بسیار ترجیح داده می شود

Roles & Responsibilities

•Coordinate with L&R and also Procurement Planning & Performance department to track procurement department-related contracts and ensure improvement areas in processes/procedures have been addressed in the department.

•Ensure that requests from divisions are met with respect to product quality, quantity, price, and time.
•Comply with all relevant PPPs (including but not limited to Procurement Policy, Tender Policy, and Procurement Code of Conduct) during the procurement of requests.
•Search for possible suppliers of company fiber deployment and operation requirements and evaluate them based company PPPs
•Engage with MTNIrancell suppliers and negotiate various items with suppliers such as price, quality of goods, deadlines, expectations
•Coordinate the life cycle of purchases and contracts including:
-Handling RFx processes
-Evaluating commercial proposals
-Preparing RFx evaluation and recommendations report
-Pre-approving PRs and ensure timely issuance of POs
-Ensuring timely execution of contracts
-Administration of contracts, obtaining signatures, updating contracts registered

•Act as an interface with user divisions and other stakeholders, to understand their requirements/demands
•Prepare periodic or ad hoc reports, status reports on tenders, PR/PO reports
•Deliver cost savings assigned targets, cost-avoidance assigned targets, and establish beneficial commercial terms and conditions at the best value and total cost of ownership with the consultation of the line manager

*Job Requirements:

*Education
•Bachelor’s degree in Commercial or industrial Management field, Supply Chain Management or related; familiar with FTTH supply field

*Experience
•Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an area of specialization; Experience working in a medium organization in the FTTH supply field
•Experience in telecom, or technology procurement categories highly preferred
