مدیریت عملیات مالی شامل حسابداری فروش، حسابداری خرید و انبار، حسابداری خزانه، حسابداری قانونی و ...
نظارت بر رعایت استانداردهای حسابداری، قوانین مربوط به امور مالیاتی و سامانه های قانونی مربوط، قوانین بیمه تامین اجتماعی
برنامه‌ریزی، مدیریت و نظارت بر جریان نقدینگی جهت حصول اطمینان و تضمین نقدینگی لازم برای عملیات جاری
تجزیه‌وتحلیل دقیق داده‌ها و نسبتهای مالی و ارائه گزارش‌های مدیریتی جهت تصمیم‌گیری
مدیریت ریسک‌های مالی شامل شناسایی، تجزیه‌وتحلیل و پیشنهادهای مرتبط در زمینه تأمین مالی، سرمایه‌گذاری و عملیات
کنترل هزینه‌ها (Cost Control)، بستن ماهانه حسابها به منظور دستیابی P&L ماهانه شعب و تحلیل سود و زیان
مدیریت بهای تمام شده با در نظر گرفتن تنوع محصولات، کانالهای فروش و شعب
رهبری تیم مالی با تاکید بر کار تیمی و شایسته محوری

تسلط کامل بر برنامه‌ریزی مالی، تحلیل مالی و مدیریت بودجه
آشنایی کامل با قوانین و سامانه های مالیاتی، بیمه و استانداردهای مالی و حسابداری
مهارت بالا در تحلیل صورت‌های مالی و تصمیم‌گیری راهبردی
مهارت‌های حل مسئله و تصمیم‌گیری
مهارت‌های ارتباطی مؤثر، صداقت، پاسخگویی و پایبندی به تعهدات
انعطاف‌پذیری و سازگاری
تفکر استراتژیک و دیدگاه تجاری

تجربه فعالیت در نقش CFO یا Senior Financial Manager در FMCG، صنایع غذایی ، سازمانهای فروش محور و دارای شعب زنجیره ای، مزیت محسوب می‌شود.

Responsibilities: Management of financial operations including sales accounting, purchase and warehouse accounting, treasury accounting, forensic accounting, etc. Monitoring compliance with accounting standards, tax laws and related legal systems, social security laws Planning, managing and monitoring cash flow to ensure and guarantee the necessary liquidity for current operations Detailed analysis of financial data and ratios and providing management reports for decision making Financial risk management including identification, Analysis and related proposals in the field of financing, investment and operations
Cost Control, monthly closing of accounts in order to obtain the monthly P&L of branches and profit and loss analysis
Management of total cost taking into account the variety of products, sales channels and branches
Leadership of the financial team with an emphasis on team work and merit-oriented


Eligibility conditions:
Possibility of working full-time in person (Saturday to Wednesday)
Complete mastery of financial planning, financial analysis and budget management
Complete familiarity with tax laws and systems, insurance and financial and accounting standards
High skill in analyzing financial statements and strategic decision-making
Problem solving and decision-making skills

Experience in the role of CFO or Senior Financial Manager In FMCG, food industry, sales-oriented organizations with chain branches are an advantage.
