Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ECRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Manage and optimize marketing automation platforms (e.g., WebEngage, Insider, etc).
- Design, execute, and analyze automated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SMS, Email, Push Notification, In-app, On-site).
- Segment and target customer databases to create personalized marketing messages.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation efforts with overall marketing strategy.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on the effectiveness of ECRM and marketing automation initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven experience with ECRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
