شرح وظایف و مسئولیتها:


بررسی و کنترل برگه های مطالعاتی تهیه شده توسط بخش مهندسی فرایند
هماهنگی با کارشناس متریال در تکمیل و تعیین نوع متریال قسمتهای مختلف تجهیزات ثابت
انجام محاسبات لازم جهت تهیه نقشه های مکانیکال مخازن تحت فشار و ذخیره
تهیه برگه مطالعاتی یا نقشه مکانیکال تجهیزات ثابت
تهیه مشخصات فنی تجهیزات ثابت براساس نیازمندیهای پروژه
انجام خدمات مهندسی خرید کالا
بازدید از کارگاه سازندگان و سایت درصورت نیاز

شایستگی های تخصصی


توانایی ارزیابی، انتخاب و بکار بستن روش های استاندارد و رویه ها جهت انجام وظایف در پروژهایی با پیچیدگی کم
توانایی ارزیابی روش ها و اصلاح یا هماهنگ سازی آنها در کارهایی با جنبه های غیرمعمول و یا استاندارد
توانایی کار به شکل مستقل در یک پروژه کوچک و یا بخشی از یک پروژه بزرگ
آشنایی با مفاهی م و الزامات سیستم های مدیریتی
تسلط نسبی به کدها و استانداردهای سیویل (AASHTO, ASTM, ACI, IPS, NIOEC)
آشنایی با نرم افزارهای Civil3D , Flow Master, PDMS

Description of duties and responsibilities:


Reviewing and controlling the study sheets prepared by the process engineering department
Coordinating with the material expert in completing and determining the type of material for different parts of fixed equipment
Making the necessary calculations to prepare mechanical drawings of pressure vessels and storage
Preparing a study sheet or mechanical drawing of fixed equipment
Preparing technical specifications of fixed equipment based on the project requirements
Performing engineering services for the purchase of goods
Visiting the manufacturers workshop and the site if needed

Ability to evaluate, select and apply standard methods and procedures to perform tasks in projects with low complexity
Ability to evaluate methods and modify or coordinate them in works with unusual or standard aspects
Ability to work independently in a small project or part of a large project
Familiar with the concepts and requirements of systems Management
relative mastery of civil codes and standards (AASHTO, ASTM, ACI, IPS, NIOEC)
familiarity with Civil3D, Flow Master, PDMS software
