We are looking for a highly skilled full-stack developer with hands-on blockchain experience to lead the technical direction of Poply Marketplace. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the development team, designing scalable architectures, and ensuring seamless integration between Web3 and traditional web technologies. You should be comfortable leading projects, mentoring developers, and making key technical decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, security, and scalability.
- Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks.
- Develop and optimize smart contracts (Solidity) for NFT and token-related functionalities.
- Build and maintain frontend (React, Next.js, TypeScript) and backend (Node.js, PostgreSQL, Redis) components.
- Ensure seamless blockchain integrations with EVM-compatible chains, Layer 2 solutions, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Optimize the platform’s performance, security, and transaction efficiency.
- Stay updated on Web3 advancements, blockchain security best practices, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Next.js.
- Hands-on experience with smart contract development using Solidity, Move, or Rust.
- Deep understanding of blockchain architecture, NFTs, and decentralized applications.
- Proficiency in backend development, including REST APIs, WebSockets, PostgreSQL, Redis, and caching strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing development teams in agile environments.
- Ability to solve complex problems and work in a fast-paced startup setting.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with NFT marketplaces, DeFi protocols, or Web3 projects.
- Familiarity with IPFS, The Graph, or other decentralized storage/indexing solutions.
- Experience working with Big data.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
