مهندس فروش | Sales Engineer

شرکت کمپرسورهای نوین هوا و گاز اوین به دنبال یک مهندس فروش متعهد و با تجربه در بخش فروش و خدمات پس از فروش است. ما به دنبال فردی هستیم که بتواند با استفاده از دانش فنی خود و توانایی درک نیازهای مشتریان، به پیشبرد اهداف تجاری شرکت کمک کند. این نقش در تهران مستقر است.

مسئولیت ها:
- شناسایی و تحلیل نیازهای مشتریان و ارائه راهکارهای متناسب با محصولات شرکت
- توسعه و حفظ روابط با مشتریان جدید و موجود از طریق ملاقات‌های حضوری و برقراری ارتباط مستمر
- ارائه مشاوره فنی به مشتریان در راستای محصولات و خدمات شرکت
- تدوین و ارائه پیشنهادات فروش و پیگیری تا نهایی شدن قراردادها
- همکاری با تیم‌های داخلی از جمله خدمات پس از فروش برای اطمینان از رضایت مشتری
- تحلیل بازار و شناسایی فرصت‌های فروش جدید
- تهیه و ارائه گزارش‌های دوره‌ای در خصوص فعالیت‌های فروش

شایستگی ها:
- مدرک تحصیلی در رشته مهندسی مکانیک
- تجربه کاری مرتبط به عنوان مهندس فروش یا نقش مشابه
- تسلط به اصول مذاکره و مهارت‌های ارتباطی قوی
- توانایی کار با نرم‌افزارهای Office
- توانایی تحلیل و حل مسئله با رویکرد مشتری‌مدار

Nevin Air and Gas Evin Compressors Company is looking for a committed and experienced sales engineer in the sales and after-sales service department. We are looking for someone who can help advance the company's business goals by using their technical knowledge and ability to understand customer needs. This role is based in Tehran.

Responsibilities:
- Identifying and analyzing customer needs and providing solutions tailored to the company's products
- Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers through face-to-face meetings and continuous communication
- Providing technical advice to customers in line with the company's products and services
- Formulating and presenting sales proposals and following up until the finalization of contracts
- Cooperation with internal teams including after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction
- Market analysis and identification New sales opportunities
- preparation and presentation of periodic reports on sales activities

Competencies:
- degree in mechanical engineering
- relevant work experience as a sales engineer or similar role
- mastery of negotiation principles and strong communication skills
- ability to work with Office software
- ability to analyze and solve problems with a customer-oriented approach
